If you have a complaint:

Step one: Please fill in the complaints form shown on this page, we will acknowledge receipt of this form submission within 24 hours.

We will investigate your complaint and will aim to reach out with a proposed resolution or for further information within 14 days of the receipt of your complaint.

Step two: If you are not happy with our proposed resolution, or we have not been able to reach and understanding and resolution that you are happy with once we have discussed your complaint, then you are able to report us to the Property Investors Mediation Service (PIMS) who provide mediation for property investors and property entrepreneurs.
